At Roof Life of Oregon, we’re always looking for innovative ways to better serve our clients. One of the biggest complaints we receive is clients not knowing if we are treating them in their area or not. Our Roof Maintenance Production Manager, Mark Landes, routinely calls our clients the night before to notify them of our plans to service their homes. However, many of our clients are not home, don’t receive the phone call, or are potentially out of town.
