This is our second time around with Roof Life of Oregon. Our first experience (4 years ago) was great, and this one follows in the same vein. Our roof is old-growth heavy cedar shake, which would cost about $100,000 to replace today, so this is a small cost really to maintain that investment. Dustin and Amerigo were courteous, professional, and very responsive. At one point, I saw some of the roof debris being simply blown off into another part of the yard. I mentioned it to them, and they immediately cleaned it all up. I’m very happy with the service so far this time. They have yet to spray the roof to get rid of the fungus and I’m looking forward to seeing those results.

They were the only contractor we called who spent more than 5 minutes at our house to understand the extent of the problem and the overall health of the roof. They explained their findings very clearly and gave me confidence that they would do a high-quality job. They cleaned the roof in preparation for spraying it in about a month to help preserve the composition shingles. I assume they did a good job. It looks very nice. The company came out did a cursory review of the roof, videotaped issues, came up with a bid, and effected repairs. Originally had them out to wash and de-moss the roof, in the process they discovered 5 failed stand pipe seals and a skylight that needed to be replaced. The crew arrived on time, were very courteous, replaced all issue failures, washed the roof, alleviated all moss, cleaned gutters, and did an outstanding job on cleanup. I was extremely pleased and have consequently made 2 referrals based on my experience with them.

We’ve had Roof Life of Oregon service our roofing needs since 1986. Everything they’ve done has been professional - and then some. I’ve compared their prices too. They’re as good as any out there and you won’t have to worry about something not being done correctly. Recently, they inspected my roof and informed me there was a warranty issue that will probably require new shingles. They helped me with all of the paperwork and took photos that I submitted with my warranty request. That company will be coming out to inspect for themselves, but Roof Life inspectors will be here too.

I needed moss removed and my gutters cleaned. They inspected my roof and assured me that my roof had some life left. That was good. He gave me a video of my roof and pointed out areas of concern. Then they came out on a terribly stormy day and worked for hours on my roof and gutters and downspouts. Cleared away all the moss and the downspouts are gurgling away all the rain. My neighbors even pointed out how clean my whole house is after they were done clearing up the mess. I noticed that my skylight was cleaned too. I am very pleased with the work done and looking forward to future business with this company.
