Value Workmanship Warranty
This warranty is designed for homeowners seeking dependable installation coverage with a lower upfront investment. While saving some money, you can still benefit from things like:
- 5-Year Performance Promise – Assurance that your roof will perform as expected under normal conditions.
- 1-Year Total Coverage – Complete protection against workmanship-related issues during the first year.
Defend Workmanship Warranty
This warranty includes scheduled performance inspections in years 2, 5, and 7 to help identify issues early. It also offers a higher level of protection than the previously mentioned warranty, with features like:
- 10-Year Performance Promise – Guarantees workmanship quality for 10 years from the date of installation.
- 10-Year Total Coverage – Comprehensive protection for workmanship-related issues throughout the coverage period.
- 5-Year Priority Response – Accelerated service for qualifying roofing concerns during the first five years.
Fortified Workmanship Warranty
This warranty offers the highest level of coverage, and it also includes performance inspections in years 2, 5, and 7 for proactive roof monitoring and maintenance support. Some other benefits you can expect are:
- 20-Year Performance Promise – Long-term assurance that your roofing system will perform as intended.
- 20-Year Total Coverage – Extended workmanship protection for two full decades.
- 10-Year Priority Response – Priority support for qualifying roofing concerns during the first 10 years.
Please note that none of the three warranties mentioned above is transferable if the homeowner sells their home; they are only extended to the original purchaser.
